Our Return Policy

Jupiter Jackets values your satisfaction with your purchase and wants to ensure that you are completely happy with your order. As such, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy for all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  1. Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Please make sure to initiate the return process within this period.

  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@jupiterjackets.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.

  4. Refund or Exchange: You can choose between a full refund or an exchange for another product of equal value. If you opt for an exchange, please specify the new item you’d like, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  6. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  7. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return and send you the correct item or issue a full refund, including the return shipping costs.

  8. Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such items that have been personalized. Please check the product description for any specific non-returnable items.
