The item cannot be accepted if they are:
- Abused or mistreated by the client.
- Original tags and the corporate receipt are missing.
- Has pet hairs, dirty, or trace.
The returning item must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached in order to process. Exchanges are subject to accessibility. Please confirm before sending the product for replacement.
